Give a fairy tale ending to 2015 for kids like Wyatt

Thank you for your unwavering support this year.

It’s been a magical year at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, and we’ve reached many important milestones thanks to your continued support. Children like Wyatt who are battling against the odds get a bit of help in their favor because of you.

Wyatt was born with five major heart defects that eventually led to complete heart failure. At 2 months old, he was placed on the Berlin Heart, a device that helped circulate blood and keep Wyatt alive while he waited for a heart transplant. After 217 days Wyatt received the miracle of a new heart. Now he is full of life and energy!

But there is still work to be done in the coming months and years as we continue to provide world-class care for our littlest patients.

If you were planning to make a charitable contribution this year, consider donating before the clock strikes midnight Thursday, Dec. 31.
